Suitable pine softwood framing Suitable for hardwood framing Preparation Framing must be free of oil, grease or other foreign materials to ensure a good bond. Fix board within 30 minutes of applying the adhesive to the frame.
Application– WALLS 1. Apply adhesive to the stud with a broad knife, using enough material to form ‘walnuts’ of adhesive 25mm in diameter & 15mm high. 2. Apply ‘walnuts’ at 230mm maximum & 200mm minimum centres from the nailing point at sheet edges 3. Apply plasterboard horizontally, nailing along the one recessed edge at each stud.
