Delivery

We offer Melbourne-wide delivery Monday-Friday, subject to delivery fees. To organise timber deliveries, please contact us at (03) 9846 2222.

Templestowe Timber & Hardware treat every order with importance, and will endeavour to ensure on-time deliveries. We will endeavour to do our best to meet delivery date preferences, however, cannot guarantee dates due to stock levels and driver availability.

Access on building sites must be arranged and guaranteed prior to delivery. A surcharge will apply for deliveries where the driver is unable to unload upon arrival at site.

We will advise you when a product must be ordered in as it can result in longer delivery wait times.

Click & Collect

All items are available for local pickup in store (subject to stock levels) - simply choose "Local Pickup" as the delivery method in the checkout. You will be notified via email or phone once your order is ready for pickup in store.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

You are entitled to refund or replacement if the purchased product is deemed faulty. For goods purchased in store, we ask that you bring the faulty product to our store with your purchase receipt, so we may make our assessment.

For online returns, we ask that you call or email our office to let our staff know. We may ask for photos of the faulty/damaged product as evidence, or may require you to send the item back for assessment. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Special order items cannot be refunded, exchanged or amended once ordered.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
