Refund policy


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to refund or replacement if the purchased product is deemed faulty. To start a return, you can contact us at online@templestowetimber.com.au

Special order items cannot be refunded, exchanged or amended once ordered.

We ask that you choose your items carefully as we do not offer returns for change of mind.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You are entitled to refund or replacement if the purchased product is deemed faulty. For goods purchased in store, we ask that you bring the faulty product to our store with your purchase receipt, so we may make our assessment. 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
